We use Bank Deposit and PayPal for buyers in NZ. PayPal for all other currencies.
We use PayPal to accept credit card and PayPal account payments. When checking out you will be directed to PayPal’s secure servers to complete checkout. If that happened we need refund you, we refund you by PayPal account if you paid via PayPal, or Bank Deposit if you paid by Bank Deposit.
What we accept: Only New Zealand Dollar NZD at this moment.
In New Zealand: Shipping Rates: $5.00NZD whatever how many you buy within New Zealand.
- Courier delivery but No delivery on Saturday.
- 1 – 5 working days depends on which city or district your delivery address is.
- P O Box delivery: Yes
- Tracking: No! If you have not received the parcel after 5 to 15 working days, probably it get lost. In this case, better wait another week or longer, if still not coming, contact us and we will apply a lost claim from NZ Post Office. They will contact you by phone and/or by letter and you need sign a confirmation form and return it back to NZ Post Office. This will take a quite long time! We will not send your order again before we get the claim job done! We will not refund you before we get the claim job done!

International Courier: Sorry! we don’t use cheap International Air Small Parcel anymore due to new PayPal policy. Instead, we use International Courier (with online tracking) to post products to other 10 countries with flat rate $30 to Australia, $50 to Japan and Singapore and $65 to Canada, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom (UK) whatever how many you buy.
NB. If you didn’t receive a welcome email from us after register or ordering, you may give us wrong email address, please check again and confirm everything is correct.
How do we calculate shipping costs?
We don’t charge you handling fee except special case, if we have to do so, we must notice you advance. For each order from overseas (out of NZ), shipping costs vary by total weight of the order. A destination fee/charge determined by destination country’s custom and/or post office may occur. Note we reserve the right to select the shipper. We will choose the best shipper for the products purchased.
Please note: We will do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time and in perfect condition. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays. For example, your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for any reasons like local public holidays and weekends.
The processing times depend on customisation or quantity ordered. Regular store orders generally take 1-2 working days processing time, from the time the order is received until the order is ready to ship out. and custom or large orders generally take up to 3 working days.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to process any order.
We will accept returns if the following conditions exist:
- Buyer must notify us within 7 days of receiving order.
- Buyer must fill up a Return Authorization Request Form. We will then contact you with instructions on how and where to return your products. Return products must be received at our location on. DO NOT return products without first filling out the form and receiving our return instructions. We must authorize the return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Items must be in new, unopened or unworn condition. Items may not been worn, washed, decorated, or any way modified. We will be the sole judge as to the condition of the returned product.
- There is a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Refunds may take up to 30 working days to be processed.
- Items must be returned prepaid and with delivery confirmation.
- If that happened we need refund you, we will refund you only by Paypal.
